Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via La Poste with tracking and drop-off without signature. 

Packages over 30 euros will be dispatched via La Poste with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. 

Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel. 

We recommend that you combine all your items in a single order. 

We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. 

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. 

Please check with the delivery person upon receipt of the parcel for any defects. If there is a problem, please refuse the parcel so that we can proceed with the exchange. 

The size of the boxes is appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Please note that due to the current COVID-19 crisis, carriers have higher handling costs. This is why we are forced to increase transport prices for certain countries outside the EU. Please check whether your country is affected by these measures during the checkout process.
